Important Renting Info

  • 10 HOUR RENTAL DAY MUST BEGIN BETWEEN 8AM AND 9AM

  • NO OUTSIDE GEAR ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION. DIGITAL TECH & CAPTURE STATIONS, CAMERAS, AND ONLY PRE-ARRANGED GEAR ACCEPTED. OUTSIDE GEAR SUBJECT TO MINIMUM FEE OF $350 PER DAY

  • PRODUCTION AREA IS AVAILABLE FOR $150 PER STUDIO PER DAY. PLEASE CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY AND ESTIMATE

  • STUDIO USE PRIOR TO 8AM AND/OR AFTER 6PM WILL BE BILLED AT OVERTIME RATES

  • MULTIPLE CREWS OR CREWS ABOVE 15 PEOPLE WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL $350 PER DAY

  • WEEKEND SHOOTS WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL 50% PER DAY

  • PROPS, SETS & MERCHANDISE DELIVERED BEFORE OR AFTER SCHEDULED PRE/POST PRODUCTION TIME IS $150 FOR FIRST DAY AND $350 PER DAY THEREAFTER

  • PROPS/SETS/MERCHANDISE NOT REMOVED AFTER SHOOT WILL BE SUBJECT TO STORAGE FEES

  • PREFERRED PAYMENT IS CHECK PAYABLE TO SIDECAR STUDIOS

  • A 4% SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES

  • A 1.5% LATE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL PAST DUE INVOICES

The Fine Print

Booking & Cancellations

You may put a studio on hold at any time.  If we receive a request for your hold dates, you will have 24 hours to book or release the studio.  If you book the studio but need to cancel, we require a notice of cancellation 5 business days prior to the start of your booking.  Any cancellations within 5 days prior to the start of your booking will be billed at the regular studio rental rate for the amount of days you had booked.  If we are able to fill any of your scheduled time with another booking we will only charge you for the difference of your billable days lost.

Payment Terms

Upon completion of your production, you will be sent an invoice for studio time, additional production rentals, missing or broken equipment, cleaning or other itemized items.  Payment in full is required within 30 days of the invoice.  A finance charge of 1.5% will be added to overdue invoices.

Sidecar Studios may require a deposit for future rentals if payment terms are not kept.

    11-12 Hours: $175 per hour

    13-14 Hours: $225 per hour

    Over 14 Hours: $350 per hour

  • CLEAN UP

    $100 - please clean up

  • EXCESS REMOVAL OF TRASH OR RECYCLING

    $100+

  • STORAGE/PRODUCTION AREA

    $150 per day

  • ADDITIONAL CREWS

    $350.00

  • EXCESSIVE INCIDENTALS

    $50+ per day - just try not to break things

  • OUTSIDE GEAR FEE

    $350 per day

  • EARLY DELIVERY OR LATE PICK UP

    $350 per day

  • ADDITIONAL INSURANCE
